Next week, TDHCA will host its last QAP roundtable and workgroup webinar. The in-person roundtable will cover the following topics; supportive housing, tiebreakers, neighborhood risk factors, and QAP language cleanup. This will conclude TDHCA's initial research and input phase for the 2023 QAP development plan. Activities in this phase included Research and Data analysis, intensive virtual workgroups, in-person roundtables, and surveys.

The 2022 Project Income and Rent Tool that was posted to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) website on May 4, 2022, contained an error.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the 2022 Multifamily Tax Subsidy Program (MTSP) income limits. These limits have been incorporated into the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Project Income and Rent Tool.
