The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Compliance division hosted a webinar on May 3, 2024, covering Assets and the Changes from the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA).
Compliance staff presented the webinar to outline the details of changes to Assets as a result of HOTMA and the Paperwork Reduction Act. The presentation included information and examples pertaining to the affordable housing programs monitored by the Department.
