On November 11, TDHCA posted to its website a blacklined version of the 2024 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) that was adopted, with some revisions, at the meeting of the Governing Board held on November 9, 2023.
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted to its website a blacklined version of the 2024 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) that is proposed to be adopted at the meeting of the Governing Board to be held on November 9, 2023. This version reflects revisions that have been made since the proposed draft QAP posted in the Texas Register for public comment after the September meeting.
Draft 2024 QAP Public comment will be accepted September 22- October 13, 2023. The final action will be brought before the Board on Nov. 9, 2023.
