TDHCA releases Multifamily Uniform Application (v 2023.3)
TDHCA is releasing an updated version of the Multifamily Uniform Application (v 2023.3), along with the release notes.
TDHCA hosts HOME-ARP Rental Development Application Webinars
TDHCA’s HOME American Rescue Plan (ARP) staff plan to host two webinars for applicants for HOME-ARP Rental Development. The webinars are tentatively scheduled pending the approval of the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) by the TDHCA Governing Board at its next scheduled meeting on December 8, 2022.
TDHCA posts new Monitoring Review Questionnaire Training on website
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance Division presented a live, online training on December 2, 2022, regarding the NEW Monitor Review Questionnaire. The recording is a real-time run-thru of the new Monitor Review Questionnaire, revised notification letter, and a reminder on how to properly update the Unit Status Report. Anyone that is responsible for entering this data or submitting these reports should watch this invaluable recording.
TDHCA posts 2023 Qualified Allocation Plan and other documents
The TDHCA posted the 2023 Governor Approved Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), as well as a blacklined version comparing it to the 2022 QAP, on the Department’s website.
