The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance staff will host a virtual training regarding Supportive Services connected to all TDHCA affordable housing programs. The training is scheduled from 9:30 to 11 a.m., Austin local time, on February 10, 2023.

The training focuses on the monitoring requirements for developments that have LURA requirements for Supportive Services. All affordable housing property owners, management personnel, and on-site staff that operate a development that has Supportive Services requirements should attend the training. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and will cover 10 TAC Section 10.619 Monitoring for Supportive Services.

Participants will learn the following at the training:

  • Monitoring requirements for Supportive Services
  • Where to look in the Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) for information regarding Supportive Services
  • Get answers to your questions about Supportive Services.

While the training is virtual, you must register in order to attend; there is no cost to attend. Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training.
