TDHCA is releasing an updated version of the Multifamily Uniform Application (v 2023.3), along with the release notes and corrections instructions. These can be downloaded at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm.
Major changes include:
- Checkboxes unlocked for Tab 53
- Default values updated in Tab 38 for certain cells
Applicants who have not started the application should use the latest version. For those applying for 9% HTCs, 4% HTCs, and MFDL and have already started using the application, refer to the posted MF corrections instructions to have the default values corrected for tab 38. HOME-ARP applicants who have started the application should contact HOME-ARP staff to have Tab 53 corrected.
