The Multifamily Finance Division has posted the 2023 Multifamily Application Procedures Manual and Uniform Application Certifications on the Department’s website at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm.
Additionally, the Division has also posted a formatted version of the 2023 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) on the Department’s website at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/nofas-rules.htm. The purpose of the formatted version of the 2023 QAP is to provide the public a more navigable and user-friendly version of the document.
