TDHCA is releasing an updated version of Multifamily Uniform Application (v 2023.4), along with the release notes. These can be downloaded at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm.
Major changes include the following:
- Additional boxes for contiguous census tracts
- Clarification on documentation on contiguous census tracts
Applicants who have not started the application should use the latest version. Applicants who have already started using the application and need additional boxes for contiguous census tracts can send the application to Jason Burr or Julie Leung to have the changes reflected in the application.
