Event Description
On Monday, April 22nd, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, TAAHP will hold its annual membership meeting to gather input from members regarding the 2025 QAP and Multifamily Rules.
This meeting is open to all TAAHP members who have participated in, are impacted by, or have an interest in providing input regarding the upcoming 2025 QAP rules. The goal of the meeting is to determine TAAHP’s consensus on changes we wish to see in the QAP. The TAAHP QAP Committee will compile comments and submit a letter on behalf of TAAHP in the following weeks to allow TDHCA staff time to consider TAAHP’s positions when preparing the draft QAP and Multifamily Rules. Additional TAAHP comments may be necessary during the formal comment period after the QAP draft is published in the Texas Register.
The meeting is FREE to attend and open to all current, TAAHP members. Membership is by individual rather than by company. You can check the status of your membership by logging in at https://members.taahp.org/login. After you register for this event, your confirmation email will include A LINK TO A SURVEY asking you to rank the QAP items you are most concerned with (PLEASE COMPLETE THE SURVEY BY APRIL 19TH).
Your confirmation email will also include your join link for the virtual meeting. When you click the link to join the meeting, you will be asked to log in with your TAAHP website login credentials.
