Public Comment Period announced for Draft 2022 State of Texas Consolidated Plan Annual Performance Report
The Report is required, as part of the overall requirements, for governing the state’s consolidated planning process. The Report is submitted in compliance with 24 CFR Section 91.520, Consolidated Plan Submissions for Community Planning and Development Programs. The 15-day public comment period begins Tuesday, November 1, 2022, and continues until 5 p.m., Austin local time, on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
