The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance Division presented a live, online training on December 2, 2022, regarding the NEW Monitor Review Questionnaire.
TDHCA has substantially updated the Entrance Interview Questionnaire. The recording is a real-time run-thru of the new Monitor Review Questionnaire, revised notification letter, and a reminder on how to properly update the Unit Status Report. Anyone that is responsible for entering this data or submitting these reports should watch this invaluable recording.
