TDHCA is releasing an updated version of the Multifamily Uniform Application (v 2023.3), along with the release notes. These can be downloaded at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm.
Major changes include the following:
- Scoring criteria for HOME American Rescue Plan (ARP) is now included
- Readiness to Proceed is removed from the application
- Additional column has been added for rent restriction in Tab 24
- Changes to direct loan selections in Tab 17 based on MFDL NOFA 2023-1
There are additional technical fixes and clarifications. All changes are listed in the release notes. Those who have already started using the application can email us to have their application corrected for items that are relevant to their application.
