TDHCA Asset Management 10% Test Submission Deadline Extended for 2019 9% HTC Awards
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) seeks to notify Owners and Agents that the deadline to submit the 10% Test package for 2019 9% Competitive Housing Tax Credit Awards has been further extended from July 15, 2020, to December 31, 2020, in accordance with IRS Notice 2020-53.
2020 MFDL Income and Rent Limits Released
The Community Planning and Development (CPD) section of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released the 2020 income and rent limits for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) programs. These limits have been incorporated into the 2020 Project Income and Rent Tool that can be found on the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) website at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/pmcomp/irl/index.htm.
