The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted to its website a blacklined version of the 2024 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) that is proposed to be adopted at the meeting of the Governing Board to be held on November 9, 2023. This version reflects revisions that have been made since the proposed draft QAP posted in the Texas Register for public comment after the September meeting.
TDHCA has posted the agenda for the first 2024 QAP Roundtable. Visit at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/nofas-rules.htm to view the agenda. The roundtable will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 1 to 4:30 p.m., Central Time, at the HHSC Winters Building, Room 125W/125C, located at 701 W. 51st Street, Austin, TX 78751.
