As TDHCA begins its efforts for the development of the 2025 QAP, TAAHP stands at the forefront, ready to champion our industry’s interests. TAAHP’s advocacy efforts for the 2025 QAP will be spearheaded by its QAP Committee members, tasked with ensuring that the QAP reflects the needs and priorities of the affordable housing industry in Texas. Throughout the revision process, TAAHP will keep its members informed of engagement and collaboration opportunities, fostering a collective effort towards shaping impactful policies.

TDHCA In-Person Roundtables
TDHCA will host two in-person roundtables to discuss the 2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The roundtables are intended to result in staff having enough information to release revisions on the topic for further discussion and to develop the 2025 QAP. An agenda will be released in advance of the roundtables. Both Roundtables will be in Room 170 in the Stephen F. Austin Building, 1700 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701.
