The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted to its website a blacklined version of the 2024 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) that is proposed to be adopted at the meeting of the Governing Board to be held on November 9, 2023. This version reflects revisions that have been made since the proposed draft QAP posted in the Texas Register for public comment after the September meeting.
This version of the QAP is provided as a courtesy and is not part of the meeting’s formal Board meeting materials. Should any discrepancies exist between this version and the version posted in the Board meeting materials, the version posted in the Board meeting materials will prevail.
