Notice of Virtual Roundtables for Texas Interagency Council for the Homeless State Strategic Plan to Address Homelessness
Description: Focus on identifying opportunities for increasing housing options and providing tailored supportive services for homeless individuals and families who face multiple barriers to secure stable housing. Cross-disciplinary discussions focused on addressing disparities across subpopulations and COVID-19 pandemic response efforts in the context of affordable housing and supportive service provisions will be encouraged.

The 2022 Project Income and Rent Tool that was posted to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) website on May 4, 2022, contained an error.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the 2022 Multifamily Tax Subsidy Program (MTSP) income limits. These limits have been incorporated into the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Project Income and Rent Tool.
