The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance Staff will host a virtual training about Supportive Services as related to all low-income housing programs. The virtual training will be held from 9 to 11 a.m., on July 12, 2022.

The training will focus on compliance monitoring for developments that have LURA requirements for Supportive Services. All affordable housing property owners, management personnel, and on-site staff that operate a development that has Supportive Services requirements should attend the training. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and will cover 10 TAC Section 10.619 Monitoring for Social Services.

At the training you will:

  • Focus on the monitoring requirements for Supportive Services.
  • Learn where to look in the Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) for information regarding Supportive Services.
  • Get answers to your questions about Supportive Services.
