TDHCA hosts Compliance and 811 PRA Training on January 31, 2024
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Compliance and 811 Administration Divisions will present a live online presentation on maintaining compliance with unit vacancy and waitlist requirements for the 811 PRA Program. The webinar is scheduled for January 31, 2024, from 10 a.m. to noon, Central Time. Multifamily Owners, management groups, managers, and on-site staff with properties participating in the 811 PRA Program are encouraged to attend.

2024 9% Housing Tax Credit Application Acceptance Period begins January 2nd
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the Department) announces that the Application Acceptance Period for the 2024 Competitive Housing Tax Credit (HTC) cycle begins on January 2, 2024. The Pre-application final delivery date deadline is Friday, January 5, 2024, at 5 p.m., Central time. Pre-application fees must be received by the same deadline.
