Palladium Fain Street closes LIHTC development in Ft. Worth
Palladium closed its second 2020 9% low-income housing tax credit Multifamily Development for 2021 in February with the closing of Palladium Fain Street at 1069 Kings Highway in Fort Worth. This is a four-story, 90-unit mixed-income multifamily development with 81 units set aside for those earning between 30% – 60% of area median income with 10% of the units at market rate.
