Tropicana Properties Awards Scholarships to Residents
Tropicana Properties awarded two residents with over $60,000 in scholarships to attend Western Community College. The recipients, Michael Gonzalez, resident at Castner Palms and Richard Oquendo, resident at Patriot Palms, were each presented with their checks by Bobby Bowling IV and Randy Bowling, owners of Tropicana Properties. The company announced it will additionally award four more scholarships in 2023.

TAAHP Member in the NEWS: The NRP Group, a vertically integrated, best-in-class developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing, has broken ground on a 275-unit, fully affordable housing apartment community north of Austin, Texas in Williamson County. The NRP Group is building the 4 percent tax credit and bond development in partnership with Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation (CAHFC).
