Alcott Village Apartments Revitalization Ensures Long-Term Affordable Housing in East Houston

The Harris County Housing Finance Corporation (HCHFC), Roers Companies, Houston Housing Finance Corporation, and a network of financial partners, recently celebrated the revitalization of Alcott Village, a 248-unit affordable housing community in Houston. The comprehensive renovation modernized units and amenities and improves resident comfort. HCHFC is a general partner and long-term landowner, which preserved the long-term affordability of the project.
