QAP Roundtable schedule change and release of 2023 QAP Development Survey on Cost Containment
TDHCA has changed the time for a previously scheduled QAP Roundtable. The 2023 QAP In-Person Roundtable scheduled for Wednesday, March 30, 2022, will now occur from 2 to 4 p.m., Austin local time.

As part of the 2022 Supplemental Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Allocation process, TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance Division has posted an updated 2022 9% Housing Tax Credit Pre-Application Submission Log on the Department’s website

HUD to require property owners to install Carbon Monoxide Alarms by December 27, 2022
All multi-family property owners who accept Section 8 vouchers will be required to install Carbon Monoxide alarms by Dec. 27, 2022.
