TDHCA Asset Management Reminder Regarding Rent Reviews
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Asset Management Division would like to remind owners and management agents that HOME, HOME-ARP, NHTF, NSP, and TCAP-RF Developments committed funds on or after August 23, 2013, on which construction has been completed, are required by 24 CFR Section 92.252(f), Section 93.302(c)(2), and 24 CFR Section 92.219 to submit annual rent approval requests to their Asset Manager by no later than August 1 of each year.
TDHCA posts Tentative 2023 9% HTC Award and Waiting List
As part of the 2023 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) cycle, the Multifamily Finance Division has posted a Tentative 2023 9% HTC Award and Waiting List on the Department’s website at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/housing-tax-credits-9pct/index.htm.

Notice of Public Comment Period and Public Hearings on the Draft 2024 LIHEAP State Plan and the Draft 2024-2025 CSBG State Plan
In accordance with the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services’ requirement for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), and Texas Government Code, Chapter 2105, Subchapter B, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is opening a public comment period and conducting four public hearings to solicit comments on the Draft 2024 LIHEAP State Plan and Draft 2024-2025 CSBG State Plan.
