The Texas Department of Community Affairs (TDHCA) seeks to remind Developer Owners and their Consultants that the deadline for the 10% Test package for 2022 9% Competitive Housing Tax Credit Awards, as required by the 2022 Qualified Allocation Plan, 10 TAC Sec. 11.2, is July 1, 2023.
