As part of the 2022 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Allocation process, TDHCA's Multifamily Finance Division has posted all submitted 2022 9% HTC Individually Imaged Pre-Applications on the Department's website.
The owner of Clifton Manor Apartments I and II in Clifton, Texas, has, in accordance with the Right of First Refusal (ROFR), provided proper notice of intent and requests the Department find a qualified entity who will purchase the Development at or above the prescribed price. For the next 180 days, beginning January 24, 2022, Clifton Manor Apartments I and II is being made available for purchase to qualified entities who will maintain the low-income provisions on the property.

The Housing and Health Services Coordination Council (HHSCC) Quarterly Meeting is scheduled for January 19, 2022 from 10 am – 12 pm. The purpose of the Council is to increase state efforts to offer service-enriched housing through increased coordination of housing and health services. The Council seeks to improve interagency understanding and increase the number of staff in state housing and health services agencies that are conversant in both housing and services.
