TDHCA Reminder: 2023 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) program, Electronic Filing Agreement
This is a reminder to applicants for the 2023 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) cycle, pursuant to 10 TAC Section 11.2 related to the Program Calendar: if you did not submit a 2023 Pre-Application, you must submit an Electronic Filing Agreement on or before Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2023, in order to ensure enough time for TDHCA staff to assign a username for the applicant to create an account.
