Huffman Hollow Apartments is being made available for purchase to any prospective buyers who will maintain the low-income provisions on the property and subject to TDHCA's ownership transfer review and approval. Pursuant to Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 42(h)(6)(F), the QC price has been calculated at $7,886,014.
