On November 7, 2025, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for 2026 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Discretionary Funds for Reentry Activities. Department staff has since made changes to the Reentry Application Excel spreadsheet, Tabs B.4, B.4.1, B.4.2, & B.4.3. The specific change was made in worksheet cells C6, C7, and C8 within Tab B.4 which also affected the formula in Tabs B.4.1, B.4.2, and B.4.3.
The NOFA and updated Application are available on the TDHCA website at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/notices-funding-availability-nofas. If you’ve already submitted an application, there is no need to resubmit.
