The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) would like to remind stakeholders and the general public that they can provide public comment regarding any 2022 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Applications.
Public comments may be submitted by mail to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Attn: HTC Public Comment, P.O. Box 13941, Austin, Texas 78711-3941, or via email to [email protected].
Please be that aware all comments submitted to TDHCA will be considered public information. Public comment received before 5 p.m., Austin local time, on June 1, 2022, will be summarized and provided to the Department’s Governing Board when award decisions are being made. Comments received after that deadline will not be accepted.
