The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Compliance trainers, Cara Pollei and Amy Hammond will host Coffee Chat, a podcast conversation discussing the world of affordable housing and related topics. Coffee Chat #1 will use questions and comments from TDHCA housing partners. If you would like your question to be included for consideration for the Coffee Chat inaugural launch, please email the question to [email protected] no later than March 31, 2026. We will compile questions and determine a list that would benefit our housing partners and talk through those scenarios and offer guidance during this conversation.
The conversation will be recorded and posted to the Department’s YouTube channel on April 22, 2026. Full names of persons submitting questions will not be used but first name, last initial may be used. If you would like your name to remain anonymous, please include that in your emailed question.
