The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) staff will be hosting a live webinar at 1:00 p.m. Central Time on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, to determine the Tie-Breaker number for each of the applications submitted during the 2025 Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Competitive Award Cycle. The Tie-Breaker number will be determined using a random selection process and will be used to determine priority in any instances of a tied score.
