The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is releasing 10 TAC Chapter 12, the Multifamily Housing Revenue Bond Rule for public comment, as approved by the TDHCA Governing Board on September 7, 2023.
It should be noted that the document posted for comment on the TDHCA Public Comment Center at http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/public-comment.htm does not constitute the official version for purposes of public comment. The official version was posted in the Texas Register edition dated September 22, 2023, at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml. The public comment period will begin on September 22, 2023, and end on October 13, 2023, at 5 p.m., Central Time.
