The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted its May Coffee Chat: HOME 2025 Final Rule. Coffee Chat, a podcast-style recording, features Multifamily Compliance trainers Cara Pollei and Amy Hammond.
Coffee Chat is presented in a podcast format, there is no formal presentation. Amy and Cara discuss the wild world of housing using questions and comments received from the Department’s housing partners. This month, Coffee Chat guest Megan Sylvester lends her expertise and legal perspective on the changes to the HOME 2025 Final Rule, SB38 and the CARES Act, and the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA).
The conversation was recorded and posted to the Department’s YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@tdhca) channel and compliance presentations page (https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/compliance-program-training-presentations).
