The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is releasing a proposed rule action for amendments to 10 TAC, Chapter 10, Subchapter H, Income and Rent limits and 10 TAC, Chapter 10, Subchapter F, Compliance Monitoring, as approved by the TDHCA Governing Board at its meeting on October 26, 2023.

The public comment period will begin on November 10, 2023, and end on December 11, 2023, at 5 p.m., Central Time.
