The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is releasing proposed amendments to 10 TAC Chapter 6, Community Affairs Programs, for public comment.
The public comment period begins on September 20, 2024, and ends on October 20, 2024, at 5:00 pm Central Time.
The proposed amendments can be found on the TDHCA Public Comment Center at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/tdhca-public-comment-center and will be published in the Texas Register edition of September 20, 2024, at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml.
