Owners and managers of Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA)-supported properties are encouraged to use TDHCA’s Income and Rent Limit handout if/when they inform residents of any changes to their rent.
The handout provides helpful information about income and rent limits, including what residents can do when the rent goes up.
