TDHCA’s Multifamily Compliance is offering a Summer Lunch and Learn series. The series will cover topics normally covered in the Department’s Income Determination Training.

Each week will cover a detailed topic from the larger training. At the end of the series, attendees should have a better understanding of income eligibility requirements.

The webinars will be conducted weekly and feature smaller segments of the larger training. At the end of the 10-week offering, all recordings and handouts will be post to the Department’s website and be available for further review.

Attendees must register for each week separately; the first four webinars will cover the initial application process and the income calculation process. Dates and registration links are as follows:
