The Department has updated the Income Determination Training to include all of the changes from the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA). This training will be presented by Compliance staff and focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners, management groups, managers, on-site staff, and MFDL program contract administrators are encouraged to attend.
