The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will conduct an in-person Income Determination Training in Austin, on Thursday, April 4, 2024. The training begins at 8:30 a.m., Central Time, in room 320 at the Thomas Jefferson Rusk Building. The Thomas Jefferson Rusk building is located at 208 East 10th Street, Austin, TX 78701. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and the training will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.
The Income Determination Training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers, and all Multifamily Direct Loan (MFDL) program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.
The training is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with breaks in the morning and afternoon and a break for lunch. Lunch and refreshments are not provided.
