TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division posted Version 2026.3 of the Uniform Multifamily Application to its website on Wednesday, January 23, 2026. An error has since been identified in that version of the Application. A corrected version, 2026.4, has now been posted to the website and the resulting change is outlined in the version’s release notes.
Applicants should use Version 2026.4 of the Uniform Multifamily Application going forward. Applicants who have begun the process of completing Version 2026.3 are encouraged to contact Joshua Goldberger at [email protected] for additional information.
