The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance division has posted an updated version of the 2026 Multifamily Uniform Application. Version 2026.2 contains several minor updates and technical fixes. All changes are outlined in the version’s release notes.
Any 9% Applicants that have substantially completed a 2026.1 Application may still submit that version. Correction instructions with additional guidance are posted. Applicants intending to submit a 2026.1 Application should review these instructions in addition to the 2026.2 release notes.
