The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted an updated Preliminary DRAFT 2025 Site Demographics Characteristics Report. The report contains selected Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) items for which data are currently available. This update includes the 2x Units Per Capita and 20% HTC Units Tabs. This report is based on the current draft version 2025 QAP. The 2025 QAP has not received its final approval as of the date of this draft. All information in the draft Site Demographics Characteristics Report is subject to change based on the final approved version of the 2025 QAP.
Concerned parties who review this Report must operate with the assumption that the data presented in it is not final.
