The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has updated and revised the Income Certification Form and the Income Certification Instructions.
The new form and instructions are available on the TDHCA website and can be found at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/compliance-forms using the following steps:
– Click on the plus sign next to Income Eligibility Forms for all Housing Programs
– Select the Income Certification and Income Certification Instructions links
– Implement the new form for all Initial Certifications and Annual Income Recertifications effective February 27, 2025.
