The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted an updated and revised Tenant Rights and Resources Guide which includes requirements from the 2022 Qualified Allocation Plan regarding the notification of residents when a development is located within a 100-year floodplain.
The new Tenant Rights and Resources Guide and the Tenant Rights and Resources Guide Acknowledgement Form are available in English and Spanish on the TDHCA website. You can find the Guides and Form in three easy steps:
