TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted an updated version of the HTC Property Inventory on the Department’s website. The new inventory reflects the addition of several recently awarded properties, as well as the removal of properties that are no longer active in the Department’s portfolio. A record of these removals can be found on the “Recently Removed” tab of the inventory.
The updated inventory is available on the “Apply for Funds” page of TDHCA’s website at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/apply-funds.
