The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has published the revised Audit Workbook for pre-June 18, 2023, Public Facility Corporation (PFC) developments and the revised Audit Workbook for post-June 18, 2023, Public Facility Corporation (PFC) developments on its website at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/public-facilities-corporation-compliance-monitoring. TDHCA staff have planned a corresponding Audit Workbook Training live online, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon, Central Time, to focus on the revised workbooks.
The Audit Workbook Training, led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff, will be a presentation of both revised Audit Workbooks for PFC developments. The training will focus on accurate completion of the workbooks, submission of required supporting documentation, and adherence to established submission protocols to ensure compliance program requirements. The training is intended to benefit all parties involved in the PFC audit reporting process including auditors, management companies, onsite compliance staff, and owners.
