The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has revised and updated online the Income Certification form.
The new form and instructions are available on the TDHCA website and can be found at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/compliance-forms using the following steps:
– Click on the plus sign next to Income Eligibility Forms for all Housing Programs
– Select the Income Certification form(s)
– Implement the new form for all Initial Income Certifications and Annual Income Recertifications effective November 25, 2025.
