As part of the 2025 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Allocation process, TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted and updated 9% Housing Tax Credit Award and Waiting List on the Department’s website at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/competitive-9-housing-tax-credits.
The updated list reflects a withdrawal of an awarded Application that occurred following the late July meeting of TDHCA’s Governing Board. In accordance with 10 TAC Section 11.6(4), the Department will hold all HTCs that become available from the July 24 board meeting until September 30. As such, the return, along with any other future returned credits, will not be committed to a new Application until that time.
The Award and Waiting List is presented for informational use only. Applicants are encouraged to review 10 TAC Section 11.1(b) concerning Due Diligence and Applicant Responsibility.
