In accordance with the TDHCA Governing Board approval of a waiver of 10 TAC Section 11.204(15), related to HOME Match Requirements for certain Tax-Exempt Bond Developments, the previously posted applicable 2024 4% HTC Underwriting Reports on TDHCA’s website now reflect zero HOME Match units.
Updated Underwriting Reports will not be emailed. Please download your updated report from the website as needed. Reports may be found at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/rea/reports-all-other.htm.
